[Xavier Uchiha] Jutsu List

Raikiri (S-Rank) is a stronger variant of Chidori used only by Xavier. It earned its name through rumors saying that Xavier once cut through a lightning bolt using the technique. The technique is formed and used in the same manner as Chidori, but differentiates in the damage that it causes, thus being classified as a S-ranked technique rather than Chidori which is an A-ranked technique. Though there are no visual discrepancies between Chidori and Raikiri, Xavier will often correct someone if he/she refers to his technique as Chidori. Raikiri is the only jutsu that was originially Xavier's that he did not copy from another ninja. This means he is the founder or inventor of the jutsu.


Kirin (S-Rank)
Kirin is an extremely powerful, one-shot, lightning technique created by Xavier Uchiha. He draws natural lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of his strike and controls it with chakra. Unlike most techniques, which are based on the user's chakra, this one uses natural lightning, which reaches the ground in 1/1000th of a second. However, the preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency. If there are no active thunder clouds, the user must create them by using powerful fire techniques to produce the necessary storm conditions. With techniques such as Amaterasu, even stronger storm conditions can be made.
Once a lightning source has been acquired, shaping and guiding the lightning to the target requires very little chakra. In addition, usage seems to disperse the thunder clouds as the sky cleared up of clouds after use. As such, this technique can only be used once in a fight. The technique can completely obliterate a small mountain as well as Susanoo.


Kawarimi no Jutsu (E-Rank)
With this technique, users replace their own body with some other object, generally with a block of wood, the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. It's a basic ninjutsu even taught at the Academy, but it's a useful art that can be applied in variety of situations.


Kage Bushin no Jutsu (B-rank)
The user of this Jutsu creates any number of clones, however, the user's Chakra is split evenly amung every clone made. So if one with 200 Chakra used this jutsu, both the user and 1 clone would have 100 Chakra. If 3 clones were made, the user and the 2 clones would have 67 Chakra. And so on so forth.

All the clones are able to use any Jutsu the user knows, and should they be used for training purposes, anything the clone sends back to the user via 'Memory Share' from the clone when it vanishes.

As such, any unused Chakra left in the clone, returns to the user when it vanishes, either forcefully or willingly.

Magen: Kyō Tenchi-ten (B-Rank)
The user decrypts a genjutsu that has been applied onto them and casts back a technique with identical effects onto the opponent. It's a form of illusion reversal, but in order to instantly read through a technique and cast it in return, the Sharingan's power is necessary. As genjutsu is initially used to confuse the enemy, this technique, which sends it right back to its caster, deals a high amount of mental damage, more than anything else.



Magen: Kasegui no Jutsu (B-Rank)
The opponent is caught in the illusionary world created by the user, and the victim is tormented with the sensation of having spikes driven through their limbs, taking away their body's freedom. At the same time, the physical pain accompanying the illusion reveals that the greatest use this technique has is torture.



Genjutsu: Sharingan (C-B Rank)
This technique is simply the generic use of genjutsu as employed by Sharingan wielders. By establishing direct eye contact with the intended opponents, the user can lock them within a genjutsu of their choosing in order to achieve various effects. These effects range from inducing instantaneous, but temporary, paralysis or unconsciousness in an opponent to forcefully extracting any valuable information that they possess or controlling their actions.
