Temporary Event. Outside Mukougakure. The Eagle strikes! (WIP)(SOLO+XAVIER)

Shigeru stood atop a tall tree, and looked down at Mukougakure. That city... All those friends he had, there they were, not even so much as thinking of him. Life just simply went on without him. Shigeru stopped for a moment and thought about what might have happened following his death. He brushed the thought off, however. This was his first serious mission. Here was how he would do it. He'd spread enough death through the small outerlying villages on the border of Mukou, until he'd caught the Kage's attention. The Kage would then, no doubt, send out the ANBU to control the situation. All he had to do then, was wait for Xavier to arrive after that, and then dissapear once he was seen. This would leave him questioning his own vision. He wouldn't catch him this time, but all he had to do was keep making encounters like this to weaken his mind, so that in the end, he could "suggest" that Xavier follow him right into his trap.
And so, the game began.

Shigeru jumped down from off the tree, and, activating his eye of enlightenment, he immediately spotted two individuals with noticeably weak minds. He entered the mind of the first individual. Having never experienced a battle from within his mind, the man cringed over and clutched his head. Shigeru, meanwhile, was deep within, a purple surrounding suddenly coating him. He saw the man, and approached him. Shigeru stabbed clean through the psyche-man's heart with his hand. The heart hit the wall behind him, and the man slumped over, defeated. Shigeru approached the fallen psyche-man (for all intents and purposes we'll call these Koa [japanese for core]) and whispered in his ear. "Kill everyone." The Koa nodded, and Shigeru was forced out from his mind. Immediately, before the rampage began, he moved on to the second one. A woman. He entered her mind, and just as before, she had the same reaction as the man did, kneeling and clutching her head. It was no matter though, it served to make them appear as though going insane. The surroundings around Shigeru faded, and were replaced with purple. The woman stood in front of him, and he grabbed her by the stomach, and rammed her against the wall. His hand, in a talon-like grasp, broke through her stomach in the impact with the wall. She slumped over. It was laughable how helpless these Koa were! He leaned down next to her, and whispered in her ear. "Burn everything. Raze it all to the ground. You may only stop once the entire village is burned down." The female Koa nodded. Shigeru smiled, and was removed from her mind.
Phase one was complete.

Still, Shigeru wanted to bloody his blade, so he entered the small town, walking. He saw a little girl, her mother clasping her in her arms. He leaned down to face the little girl, and removed her from her mother's hands. "I'll take her to someplace safe!" He said, knowing full well that the woman would see his ANBU mask, and think he was still ANBU. She reluctantly handed him the little child. He smiled. He jumped away, and set the child back at the tree. "Don't move from here, okay? It's dangerous." He told her. She nodded, and he jumped back into the village. He found the girl's mother, and grabbed her by the shoulders. "Nowhere is safe now..." He smiled. "Your child will die." He said, as he buried his Katana into her stomach. He twisted, and a sudden crack emerged as his sword ripped her spinal cord. He walked along. The ANBU should have caught wind of all the chaos by now, and it would probably only be a matter of time before they caught him. He knelt down to the ground. The chaos seeming to fade from around him. Time seemed to slow down. He took his blade, and carved an eagle's face into the ground. Paying special attention to detail, he carved the Eye of Enlightenment's symbol into the eagle's eye. Then, he slashed through the eye. This was to remind Xavier that he stabbed Shigeru in the eye, before killing him.
Phase two was complete.

Retreating to the top of the tree, now holding the little girl under his arm, he looked down at the city. Sure enough, the ANBU arrived, but Xavier was not with them. Even better. By now, Shigeru's eye was tiring from the exertion. Not good. He needed to finish this plan. Shigeru glared at the strongest ANBU member there. Suddenly, the surroundings around him faded, and the area became a purple hue. There stood the ANBU member before him. He faintly recognized him, but couldn't recall a name. He materialized Orakaata in his right hand, then held it firmly in both. This battle wouldn't be as easy as the others. This was an ANBU member, and a skilled one at that. The ANBU noticed him. He rushed forward, sword in hand, ready to meet resistance in his opponent's throat. He swung, the ANBU dodged under. The Koa appeared behind him, and materialized a weapon of his own. He swung down hard, but Shigeru deflected it off to the left. His eye hurt, bad. He didn't have much time left. He couldn't play around. The ANBU's sword, almost comically got stuck in the ground, and Shigeru took the opportunity to impale him. The sharp edge of his blade made a wet thumping noise as it pierced the Koa's adam's apple. The Koa fell. Shigeru, stooped next to him. "Kill all of your immediate teammates, then go back to headquarters and tell the Wolf exactly this. 'The Eagle with the broken wing sends his regards.' When you have finished, instruct him to go to this location. After that, commit Seppuku before his eyes." The Koa nodded. Shigeru once more was removed from the psyche. Now, it came down to waiting.
Phase three complete.

______________ 5 Minutes Later ______________
Shigeru had already cast a single air clone, and sent it to stand on the center of the drawing he made earlier. It awaited Xavier's arrival.
Phase four complete.

Air Clone Shigeru eyed The Wolf as he approached. The man was tense, as if ready to strike. Before he did, Air Clone Shigeru placed words in between the tense air. "How many times are you willing to kill me?" And with that, he disappeared.
Final Phase... Complete.
Shigeru jumped clean away from the village, the girl under his arm. He'd taken a small liking to the girl... Large enough to not kill her, but small enough to not care if she died. He had a plan for this girl. The Akatsuki would need some new members... All he had to do was train her.
