Personality:
A bit on the crazy side, Shigeru has done things that others would consider "insane". But as the motto says, "The difference between insanity and genius is measured only by success and failure.", and he's had a lot of successes.
Goals:
Shigeru's main goal is to eliminate Xavier Uchiha, World Domination is simply a secondary.
Fears:
Failure of his plans.
History:
Ever since he was young, Shigeru was always praised for his memory. He could seemingly remember amost anything he learned, and as such, tended to follow exactly as he was taught. He was excellent with strategy, and sometimes even helped his father with planning. Speaking of which, Shigeru's father was slain in battle. His mother, hearing the news, committed suicide. Shigeru dulled out his emotions as a coping method to deal with the loss. However, Shigeru did not allow this to undermine him, as he soon challenged his older brother to a duel. He did use his Eye, as the battle was a no-holds-barred deathmatch. He soon seized the spot as Heir after killing his brother. Shigeru clamed that if he could be defeated so easily, he was unfit to rule anyway. Shigeru is the first to be born under the Satoshi name with the Eye of Enlightenment.
The idea of this is that you get 25 points to distribute among those 5 areas.
If you can give me a reason for doing it this way (besides Admin Approval, if you get that from somebody else, I’ll allow that [but they need a good reason])
(The reason must be something other than saying that, your a higher rank and you get stats because of that or anything along those lines. Haku, the fake Hunter Nin, wasn't a Ninja at all, but Zabuza had admired himself, that Haku was stronger than him, a Jounin.)

Well, I did put that he was Anbu, and I guess I was confusing chakra limit for stats xD but yeah, I guess I could change it, but only if you want me to xD

L 2 = Language is permitted, but cannot be used to abuse other members, only other member's CHARACTERS.
S 2 = Sexual Acts are permitted, but must be placed within the appropriate area.
V 3 = Violence is permitted, and there are no restrains as to what you can post or say (Within the two above rules).
Well, it's Mid Summer now in Mukougakure, Nayamagakure, and Hanegakure! The sun is just boiling down on the ANBU's backs as they stand guard over the Village. Most Genin are out training with their Sensei though, the hot sun making it seem like it would 'Build Character'.
The Chuunin have it easy, as most are either away on missions where there's a lot more shade, water, or down south where all the snow is. Some are even teaching indoors! Lucky...
Brrr! It's winter down in Arashigakure and Honougakure! This is the time of year when Arashi gets quite a few snowstorms, well, if your below the cloud! Above on the upper platform, there's no snow, but there IS quite a wind chill!!
Down in Honou, because of the proximity of the Volcano, temperatures don't drop too much down here, if any, they only drop by 5oF!
